This wide silver ring is comprised of thin bands bound and wrapped together to form this unique design. The ring is set with Chrysoberyl gem (Cat's Eye) in the middle. This spinner ring has three thin bands at the center that rotate.
Each one of the spinning bands is engraved with a different psalm in Hebrew: The first band has the verse "Ben Porat Yosef Alei Ayne" which is traditionally believed to ward off the Evil Eye; the middle band is engraved with the verse "Endow me with abundance, grace and success", thought to be auspicious for prosperity and success; and finally, "Heal her now, O God, I beseech Thee.' (Book of Numbers, 12:13) verse appears on the third band. In the latter verse, Moses asks God to send a cure to his sister Miriam who suddenly turns ill. The verse is believed to be a virtue for health and cure.
The ring is also inscribed with three of the 72 Names of God: Aleph-Lamed-Dalet for protection and keepsake, Meh-Heh-Shin- for health and cure, and finally, Samech-Aleph-Lamed for abundance and success. [TABS]
